Free Marketing Tools

Everything DIMBER gives you at no cost to promote your release — smartlinks, pre-saves, DSP pitching, checklists, and templates.

DIMBER includes marketing tools that other platforms charge extra for.

Every artist gets access to DIMBER's core promotion tools with no upsell attached. Smartlinks, pre-saves, DSP pitching support, checklists, and templates are part of the release workflow from the start, not locked behind a higher tier.

These tools are genuinely free. They are not a trial, not a limited teaser, and not a freemium funnel.

What's Included Free

  • Smartlinks and pre-saves — Every release includes free sharing pages that help listeners find your music before and after launch. Set them up and share them from one place. Learn more about smartlinks and pre-saves.

  • DSP pitching — DIMBER pitches eligible releases to DSP editorial teams at no cost. Submit early enough and give the release the best chance to be considered. Learn more about DSP pitching and editorial.

  • Profile optimization guidance — Get guidance on claiming and improving your artist presence across major platforms so your release lands on profiles that are ready for traffic. See profile optimization guidance.

  • Release day checklists — Follow practical checklists for what to do before launch, on release day, and after the release goes live. The goal is simple: fewer missed steps and better consistency.

  • Social media assets and templates — Use ready-made templates for posts, stories, and release announcements so you can promote faster without starting from zero every time.

How to Access Free Marketing Tools

Go to your release in the DIMBER dashboard

Open the release you want to promote from your dashboard. Use the release page as your main control point for marketing materials tied to that specific launch.

Open the promotion tab

Inside the release view, open the promotion tab. That is where DIMBER groups the built-in tools that support your release before, during, and after launch.

Access smartlinks, pre-saves, checklists, and templates

From the promotion tab, open the tools you need for that release. You should be able to reach your smartlinks, pre-save setup, release day checklists, and promotional templates from the same place.

Free vs. Paid: What's the Difference?

When Free Is Enough

Many releases do not need paid marketing to get off the ground. If you submit early for DSP pitching, use pre-saves to build momentum, share smartlinks consistently, and keep a steady release cadence, the free tools can cover the essentials. Paid campaigns are a scale-up option when you want more reach, not a prerequisite for launching properly.
